Built in 1983, the Towers of Town Lake is one of Austin’s original high-rise condo towers.  The location is still one of the best in the city, with direct access to the lake and the hiking and biking trails.  The price per square foot for some of these units is among the lowest in the city, but many of the homes are a bit dated.  So if you don’t mind doing some cosmetic work you can get a great deal and do your own updates.  Or you can find a unit here that has already been updated if you’d rather move right in.  Either way you’re going to get a great deal for a high-rise condo near Lady Bird Lake in Austin.  Take a look at the available condos for sale, and then contact Ellen Noble to arrange a viewing.
